Shipping Information
All packages shipped by GeekyCookies are sent via the United States Postal Service, using Priority Mail (unless otherwise specified). GeekyCookies are shipped using corrugated cardboard shipping boxes and are given tracking numbers, which you will receive upon notification of shipping. The cookies themselves are individually wrapped and contained within recycled paper cardboard boxes.
If you need a different or faster shipping method, please notify us before placing your order.
All GeekyCookies products are baked and decorated on a scheduled, per order basis. We do not keep overstock. All orders are baked and decorated on the following Thursday after your order has been placed. They are then shipped the following Saturday after the order has been fully processed.
Please allow 3 - 8 business days for delivery within the United States.
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to ship to international customers at this time.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages not received when held by the post office or delivery company when you are unavailable to receive them upon delivery. As these nomz are perishable, please pick them up from where they are being held as soon as it is possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Full refunds will only be honored up until the Wednesday following your initial order.
- If you request a refund once your order is staged for baking and decorating, a 20% materials fee will be deducted from your order total.
- Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to provide refunds once your order has been shipped.
